I’m Edward Whittaker, founder of EWNT. With a love for all things sports and more importantly nutrition my aim is to help as many people as I can improve their sports performance through what you're eating.

I see all too many athletes blow races or put out poor training sessions because they're not fuelled properly.

How many times have you blown a race or game because you've blown up half way round? Yet you know you're fit.

This is where I come in.

I put into practice my sports degree and many nutrition qualifications and mixed it with real world experience to help you get the most out of your body in your given sport.

My methods are tried and tested and will put your body in its best possible position to smash your training. What we do in training is exactly what we then do on competition day.

There's no guessing or winging it, we practice everything before a competition to make sure it works for you as everyones different.

 

My back catalog of sports i've worked with is extensive.

Not only am I hockey player in the winter and triathlete in the summer, i've competed in bodybuilding competitions and coached athletes in all these sports and more.

My knowledge and experience sets me above the rest. Most coaches and PT's have a very basic  level of nutrition for sports performance and the things I see and hear horrify me. Having worked with both amateur and semi-pro athletes my high level of education has been combined to gain real world, next level results.

The basics of nutrition are the same whether you want to lose weight, compete at a world championships or just make the first team.

We take these principals and maximise them to benefit you in your given sport.
